Cool, finally a stop to "my software vrs. yours". LOL!

Now if they would just put a little indicator on the players that are using detectable HUDs, we'd be all set.

I mean if a guy is taking notes on me at a casino at the table I can see it right? So why not online?

I'm all for anything that keeps it player v. player.

i dunno. pt data doesn't really help if you suck at poker.

Yeah, studying the biggest winners @ your limit using the hand play back viewer is worthless...

Maybe you misunderstood me. I datamine like crazy especially the high limit games. I was responding to the guy who was glad party was ditching datamining so that poker wouldn't be computer versus computer. My point is that datamining hardly causes that to happen, as most people are not good enough or do not have the drive or discipline to actually benefit from something like PT data.

blocking datamining to the regular user is bad. because then the data will only be available to those with the resources to set up multiple accounts on seperate computers & IP addresses and make a program to capture the text out of the handhistory box.

we don't need a black market of database selling
