The last time I payed attention to anything about foxwoods I had a small bankroll but now I am playing 2/5 nl a lot.All I knoq is they have a 1/2 nl game with 100 max and ahigh time charge. Do they spread 2/5? What is the time charge? How are the players? What are the min/max buy ins? How cheap can you get a room there? How are they with food comps? Anything else I should know?
Thanks

the spread a 2-5 game, with a 200-500 buyin. the players are a lot better than the 1-2 game. i think its still a $5/ half hour because the $5 and $5 NL game has a $6/half rake. a lot plays PF, most players are decent post flop. dont expect to get paid off like you would at the 1/2 game. no food comps, you get (probably) $1/hour for comps. dont expect to get a room there on the weekend with out a few weeks in advance planning. good luck

Foxwoods has a 1/2 with $40-$100 buyin and a $5/half hour time charge; a 2/5 with a $300-$500 buyin and a $6/half hour time charge; a 5/5 with a $500-unlimited buyin and a $7/half hour time charge; and sometimes 5/10 or 10/25 with a slightly higher time charge (I believe its $8 and $10 per half respectively) and no cap on the buyin (I am not sure what the minimum are for either game).

The 2/5 players are mostly bad but think they're good, unlike the 1/2 where they're mostly bad but have no idea that there is any skill involved. The 5/5 and up have some very good players but also some rich fish.

Comps are totally on the point system; you get a wampum card (free) and sign in when you get a seat, sign out when you leave. The amount you get varies based on the stakes you're playing (check the Foxwoods website for specifics) and those points can be used as dollars (i.e. 1 point = $1) for anything in the casino. I basically just use mine to order sandwiches and whatnot while I'm playing and have never not had enough.

I don't know much about rooms as I've never overnighted there but I think the poker rate is not available for Friday or Saturday nights.

I would liek to play a 15- 20 hour session one of these days- are there good games at all hours? When would there be long waits?
