I've only been playing poker for about 2 years, so at most I have 250000 hands under my belt. In that time I've had 8 royal flushes. Am I above schedule?

#1, maybe 500 hands into my poker career, play money on Stars. Welcome to the game.
#2, at a $1/$2 home game, didn't even realize I had it (was just happy to get my A high flush)
#3, $5/10 on Party nice pot
#4, $2/4 on Stars don't remember much about it
#5, $2/4 on Stars, the Ts on the river gave me the royal, guy with TT thought his rivered set was good, we capped.
#6, $2/4 on Stars I didn't have odds to call but was chasing a royal. It got there.
#7, $3/6 game at local cardroom. They gave out $100 bonus if you got one. Sweet!
#8, just a few days ago

I've been playing about 3 years and just got my FIRST Royal about 2 months ago. But I was way behind "schedule".

Hmm, just had a look to my tracker, i've tracked around 99.999% of all my hands and i'm about 35,000 hands full ring games, just started playing late this summer.

I had 4 Royal flushes, including one that didn't see the flop with T2o..

Had a very memorable one, hiting Royal flush on turn vs KK on a KKx flop.

I'm sure I'd have a lot more RF's if I chased without the odds. Especially in a limit game. Chasing RFes without odds is just not it at all.

My highest hand to date: J-high SF.

Party $400 Omaha Hi

I started with A /images/graemlins/heart.gifJ /images/graemlins/heart.gifK /images/graemlins/club.gif10 /images/graemlins/club.gif

Flop comes Q /images/graemlins/heart.gif10 /images/graemlins/heart.gifK /images/graemlins/diamond.gif

I bet pot and type in the dialog box "K of hearts dealer!!"

One caller

Turn was some random duece

River..... K /images/graemlins/heart.gif

I type "I got it" and bet the pot

A guy thinks forever and finally calls with Q's Full.

$900 pot

I've made two royals, one in hold'em, it was also with hearts.

I cant even begin to count how many times I've made four of a kind, but way more than statistically I was supposed to.

Yep I know people that have had quite a few...I still only have 1, and don't anticipate seeing another for at least 3 more years. I run g00t! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

over 100k hands online
would have hit one royal (on the river) if i would have been smart and not folded my Jx to a raise and re-raise.

Does this mean I am due and should start chasing them?
