I never know what to do in these situations. Short Stack is in the BB so I don't want to just push AK. Villain had not been playing loose at all. Did I make a bad fold?

I personally would have pushed, since you are probably up against a hand you dominate anyways and he will fold anything below JJ since this will put him OOTM if he loses. Even if he happens to hold a monster and calls you, you still have 1k chips left to battle it out with the other shortstack. However, i suspect this would be an easy fold for him, unless i am missreading your read on villian and you mean he has been playing incredibly tight and would only play with AA/KK/QQ.

The loosest I would put his range is 99+, AQ+.

I instapush this. You should be easily in front of his range, you have FE, and if he calls and you lose you still have a stack to work with.

This is a bad fold.

BB isn't short stacked that much. Maybe if he had 400 left I'd fold but even then it's close.

I instapush this and hope he doesn't have AA/KK.
