Call. Most people do not fold after min-raising the flop. Sometimes I mis-interpret PT stats since I don't use it, but isn't this guy a LAG who goes to show down a LOT. I don't think you should semibluff this kind of player.

You're fishiness never ceases to amaze. Take the call on the turn. but i would have 3 bet the flop
