Here was one of the few interesting hands i played last night at the Motory City casino 5-10 donkfest.

Reads: open raiser, good player, tight, but not great, one of those 'thinks he plays good player'

Button: tight, if he's cold calling he's got a decent hand.

BB: I'm a fish on a hot streak

Full table

I have J /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 8 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif in BB

2 horrible limpers, CO raises, Button calls, I call, limpers call

Flop (5 players) 10sb

A /images/graemlins/heart.gif Q /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 8 /images/graemlins/club.gif

check, check, check, CO checks, Button bets, I call, limpers fold, CO raises, Button calls, I call.

Turn(3 players) 8BB

J /images/graemlins/heart.gif

I check, CO bets, Button calls, I call.

River (3 players) 11BB

8 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

I check, CO checks, Button bets, I raise, (when I raise, CO says "Are you serious? and reluctanly throw $20 into the pot) CO calls, Button 3-bets, I cap,

how does this look

What makes you so certain you're not winning on the turn? Aside from results, obviously, but if the flop action told you that bottom two pair is no good then your call on the flop is just attrocious (with your read you're on a 2 outer, the other 8s, with a backdoor flush chance). On the turn you're getting 10-1 on a 4 outer (assuming you're behind), which is a fine call. The river fills out the flush and makes your boat, so you're now only behind AA QQ JJ Q8 A8 - hard to put the button on any of those given the action, so I like a cap there - he's likely just 3-betting his rivered flush.

I just bet the river.

I don't like your flop line. If you think you may have the button beat, or can get him to lay down a better hand, then C/R the flop; otherwise, I'd fold. You still have people to act behind you - including the PFR - on an AQ8 board. I think this flop is going to get raised behind you more often than not.

Because the PFR is likely to have JJ-99 as he is AA or QQ. The button can be betting a hand like A-dick, which I likely have 5+ outs against.

If any of the passives start c/r i know I'm done.

The flop I have 5 outs to 2 pair or trips, I don't know that the PFR hit the board, because I figured if he hit the board, he'd bet. Never saw him c/r in this spot. He doesn't look FPs enough to do it.

I'm getting like 11-1 on the flop, with bottom pair + backdoor flush/straigth draws.

Once I get c/r, same situation, but getting like 15-1.

Turn: I have 2 pair, but I don't think I'm winning.

River: I was going to bet/call, but I wanted to see the action. Once the PFR checked, I figured he didn't have AA or QQ, and as long as the button didn't have A8, i was good.

This is motor city casino, 5-10 donkfest. This flop get c/r behind me like never by the 2 passvies behind me. My read on the PFR was that he would bet if he hit the board. If one of the passives c/r me, I know I'm done.
