What is HORSE?

I've seen referneces made to this variant of poker. Could someone please describe the rules?

HORSE is a poker game where 5 different forms of poker are played, one per rotation or round. H is for Hold'em, O is for Omaha Hi Lo, R is for Razz, S is for Seven Card Stud, E is for Eight or Better.
