How Do I Deal With the Anger?

Okay so, for the last 20 tourneys or so, I've lost every coinflup.

If I'm in with the best hand the overcards hit.

If I have the overcards, I don't pair.

I know this is a fact of life. How do I avoid psycho tilt?

I punch walls usually, but i had to spackle all the holes last year, so i put pictures of my mom and female on the places i usually punch, and their smiles turn into demeaning sneers the angrier i get. Its a lesson that some people have to learn, unfortunately i have lost thousands playing tilted blackjack to learn this expensive lesson.

I've found the best way to deal with anger is to keep starting up new sngs. Might sound corny or whatever, but it doesn't take long to forget about the bad beats.

I keep a 100 buyin BR and say "nh" whenever someone sucks out on me.

Good rule, but I think if you're on a 35 buy-in downswing you're also allowed to bitch.

Here are my rules for the people who come to bitch to me...you have to either lose to 25 3 outers in a row, drop 50 buyins over 100 games, go 20+ otm in a row, or lose 10k+ in a day. Btw, these rules dont apply to me.

I've had it worse then i've had all year the past week, 200 sngs played, and down with rediculous scenarios, just play through it, it will turn if you are a winning player...

ITs quite funny when they have 2 outs on the river and you just "know" its going to come, weird feeling, you just laugh and accept it, knowing that they have lost 1000's this year, and you will have their christmas bonus come jan....boom
