($22) AQs reraised allin

In EMP with AQs and 700 stack and 25/50 blinds I raise to 175. Folded to BB who reraises allin and has me covered. What range do you put BB on? HUD doesn't display any stats yet and I have no read. I don't like to open-limp, any thoughts on that?

I'd guess his range is somewhere between:
AK/JJ+

to possibly AQ/22+. A lot of people push PP HU in the $22s. Good fold.
