The code is for large withdrawals. You don't need it for
small ones. It will take three or four days to hit your
accunt after you withdraw.

I did it one month ago. For withdrawals/deposits more than 500$ you need the security code wich you get by landbased post within 1-2 weeks.
Your withdrawal to neteller takes a long time - prob. 1-2 weeks!
