problems with B2Bpoker softwares

I have tried download software from different skins, but same problem exists all the time. "Update check failed"
Anybody knows the solution?

Sounds like the application can't connect to the internet to check for an update. Suspects are - Norton Internet security or any similar firewall product.

i switch off the firewall but it didnt help!
I have no problems with my second laptop.
