View Full Version : I lost alot of chips here, didn't I?

12-15-2005, 08:13 PM
Hey All,
I bet the pot (pretty much) because I raise and got callers, and with the high board, I was hoping for a push with 2 pair. Also, there's a straight possibility, and I wanted to see where I stood.
Is this sound logic, or did I just lose alot of chips?

Seems fine to me. I would bet 175-200 on the flop as well.

You have to commit to this hand. If someone has a straight, then you lost all your chips. But there's tons of hands that will give you action that you have beat.

yeah, I was going to call a push, of course. Yeah, I think I did the right thing. Thanks for the replies so far.
