How is this play, standard for you? I would not have pushed this before, usually a pot sized bet, but trying to push here instead....thoughts, good or bad?

I don't see anything wrong with this play. No one raised preflop. I don't think I'd do this though. I think I might bet the pot.

Lately I've stopped screwing around level 3+. That means I like your line...this week.

A rule of thumb is if a regular bet is 40% of your stack (I've seen 35% suggested also, which is pretty much 1/3, an easier number to use), then moving all-in is better than the smaller bet would be. An exception to this could be when you have a hand that's a lock, which this clearly isn't.

This is not an aggressive move. It is a giant neon sign saying "I think my hand is good, but I cannot stand to see another card". You will get called by the hands that have you crushed(sets and the occasional big pair UTG or limping JJ) and the suited overcards that are close to a coinflip. You've made it very hard for any worse hand to pay you off.

Putting all your chips in on this hand is fine, but do it in a way that maximizes value.

I think betting(150-200) or a check/raise(push) are far superior to pushing here.

The aggressive play is to check raise.

Don't like it so much, seems like a bit of overkill. Id prefer either a normal sized bet or a check raise.
