I worked in MS support back when Barney was still available, and we occasionally got calls on him, most annoying product ever.

We did have some joke articles in the CS database, i don't remember too many of them, but there was one about an Access '95 bug that involved there being no Mountain Dew in the 3rd floor cooler.
