Note that the game is 4-handed and I have a TA image. Anyway, Villian is either very strong, or very weak on the flop. Perhaps I should have raised to get a better sense of where I stand (and maybe take the pot away from him). He was letting me draw for cheap though, so calling in this situation was an ok play. What do you guys think?

You picked up a nice draw on the turn, so calling here is definitely +EV. I think it's a good disguised draw too, since he'll probably put you on a heart draw. This way, when you hit an offsuit king, you can probably run him through for a good bet on the river.

I don't know if I agree with the preflop play though, unless the cutoff, button, and both blinds are tight, non-agressive players.

I don't mind a bluff on the turn. Definitely a scare card for the villain and it gives you a ton of outs unless he's full.
