I had a post locked because of this, yet I felt the OP by me was useful to the forum I posted it in.

You should probably PM the moderators of that forum and ask them why it was locked. If you posted that thread in MTT, I would have locked it because it has nothing to do with MTT strategy, or even the semi-allowed brags/sweat types of posts, which are the point of the forum. Perhaps this type of post would be allowed in other forums (News, Views, Gossip maybe??) but certainly not in a strategy forum.
