It used to be Angie Harmon (Abbie Carmichael) but now it's clearly Elisabeth Rohm (Serena Southerlyn).

The question is hotness? Some of them looked bleh in the show (lowell, hennessey). This gives them a chance to strut their stuff. Too many boyish haircuts on the law and order chicks, though...

It was a tough call between Elizabeth and Jill. Jill had a crappy haircut on L&O but is smoking hot now on Crossing Jordan. Elizabeth gets bonus points for her character being a lesbian on L&O though /images/graemlins/laugh.gif.
