What's the typical/average percentage of hands that are 3 of a kind? On pokertracker, under misc. stats it lists the % of total hands. Mine says 3.89... average?

Mine is 3.8868

I think the low numbers include folded hands - If I check the /images/graemlins/blush.gifnly include hands that werent folded box I get a number closer to Skeme's

Yes true. Ok, mine is 8.20. I was guessing that this was low.
