Hi all

A while ago, there was a dubious call (apparently) made by Bill.. the thread is here:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=0&Number=3678345

In it, Gigabet, and a couple of other sng luminaries said they could justify the play, with good logic..but didn't address it in this thread.

Was there another thread made, regarding this hand, or did it just die? I tried searching, but found nothing.

I apologise if this has been rehashed, and this is a pointless thread... if it is, please show no mercy in deleting it asap.

It was never answered and just a hunch but I don't think you will ever see the explanation posted here.

Well, my reader's digest take on it is that he is the low stack anyways, and he is better off taking what is very likely (75%+ I'd guess) the good side of a race with a slight discount than try to accumulate chips as shorty. I ain't saying I LIKE the play, but I understand. And he WAS right.
