What is a "donk" bet?

a caller betting into the preflop raiser or betting into someone who raised the previous street after calling the aggressor's raise.

In NL, a donk bet is typically referred to as making the minimum bet.

For instance in NL 1/2, say there is $50 in the pot and UTG bets out $2 on the flop. That would be a donk bet.

Worse yet is the donk that folds to that $2 bet in a $50 pot. Add that donk to your buddy list and make a note!
