2/4 and 3/6 games

Can anyone compare the average 2/4 and 3/6 limit players at Full Tilt, Party, and Ultimate Bet? I am going to sign up for one of those sites, but I am not sure which yet.

I doubt you will find many here who won't tell you that Party has the worst players of the 3. I personally don't think that the 'generous' UB bonus's make up for the reduced winrate, when compared to Party.
