-110 to bad plays / tilt
-20 the pot was small before -20 my c/r steal attempt w/ 22 after misisng my set

-20 when villain pushed on the flop after my $15 raise
-8 shouldn't have seen a flop
= ($180) being a bad player that's 3 buy-ins !

-35 set to straight all $ in when my hand was good
-26 KK v AT all-in pf
this is only one for bad beats

let it be known if you do a similar analysis you may be surprised, although I'm not. I'm glad I did this.

i recently took a break from playing HORRIBLE at the 50NL tables.. dropped 6 buy-ins over 3 days.. bad plays + cold decks = -$$$.

dropping back down to 25NL to get my confidence back and my roll back over 1k.

I think this is shortsited. It is too easy to see the effects of what you did and discredit your reasoning. If you're reasoning was bad, then it was bad. But I think too often you'll forget the contingencies. Hindsight bias: "I just KNEW I was beat"

However, it is very important to note that a few minor mistakes can eat away profits very quickly. It took me 5.5 buyins 5 tabling 100NL6m (over 2 days) to realize I wasn't paying attention enough and staying on my game. My mistakes were mostly minor, and there was a bad beat, but I was doing things that smaller games or full ring let you get away with. For now I try not to more than 3 table.
