Twizzlers Debate

For some reason i find myself in the middle of these dumb licorice debates. OOT please help put an end to this.

Which flavor do you prefer and how do you like it?

I'm pretty sure that whoever says "black" is their favorite flavor is lying. That stuff is only good for a libido effect.

wtf. It comes in boxes? I voted strawberry and fresh out of the box, though I have never seen a licorice box. I'm actually pretty excited that such a thing might exist. If so, please post pics to brighten my day at work.

I have never seen chocolate.
I didn't know the red ones were supposed to be strawberry. Doesn't even taste close to that.

twizzlers AIN'T licorice, it's candy...that should be the real poll..who thinks it is?

Does anyone else get bad gas from black licorice??? I do. Strawberry/cherry...er the red is my personal fav.

I don't know how widespread this practice is, but a great way to eat Twizzlers/Red Wines at the movies is to buy a big soda of your choice, bite off the end pieces of the twizzler and then using the twizzler as a straw. The drink tastes great flavored by the candy, and once it gets nice and crunchy it tastes awesome.

This thread is weird.

Licorice, especially black is awesome.

Twizzlers are different but for totally different reasons.

I was once lashed with one repeatedly on the thigh on a babe ruth league baseball trip. It hurt more than you would expect.

I, like astro, love the pull n peel twizzlers. IIRC, they are cherry flavored. The little twizzler niblet-chunk things are cherry too.

yes, coming in second would be 'nibs', which are also cherry.

big bags of nibs are hard to find, by the way. most of the big bags are the non-delicious mini wheel kind of straight twizzlers.

also worth noting that nibs have fat in them. notable for a sugar candy - they went all out.
