Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx (http://www.zerodivide.cx/converter)

BB (t2945)
Hero (t1255)
Button (t3085)
SB (t715)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A/images/graemlins/club.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>.

Final Pot: t300

This is surprisingly close to 0 EV. I guess once you consider blind stealing, pushing here is better than folding. Just an interesting review for me. No point.

you mean having the bb get a walk there is 0 EV for you? or folding = pushing in EV for you?

It's a good example of why you have to put your opponents on accurate calling ranges to get any useful info from SNGPT.

Eh I push here 100% of the time unless the BB or button have like, been maniac callers.

Being BB next hand is HUGE. SNGPT will not factor this in.

I push this anyway.

Like you have already mentioned, you will most likely lose 200-300 over the next 2 hands.

The other reason I like it is because it takes the opportunity away for sb to steal here, and you can't rely on him busting out. A steal from him here and someone stealing next hand has you both equal. People who lower their aggression here will often find themselves getting screwed (their own fault).

sure it will. that's been a "new" feature for, like, 4 months.

Ehm.. yeah. Isn't the first hand the easiest push ever? Are my bubble instincts that bad nowadays? I don't have SNGPT on this computer, but it looks like an easy push to me. Second hand is closer.

I think you missed the point of my post.

Hand 1 is close, and because of position, I should push.
Hand 2 is not close.
