my logic making me lean towards folding is UTG has you covered so if button would win you take 4th. If I am looking at this right if you fold you will be in 3rd in chips if nothing else. I dont really know how to figure JJ's strength 4 handed. 10s i think would be a much easier fold.

this is how i look at it. UTG raises to all-in, and then someone calls his raise. I am thinking someone has very high cards which include A K Q. I would probably fold here.
