So, I go to log-in to my account through the website and get this message:
"Your account has been blocked by the system. You will not be able to log on or play. An email has been sent to you detailing the reason(s) for this action. If you believe you have received this in error, please contact our customer support."
Now, it says I can't play. But I can log on to the software and play if I want. I can also get to the cashier through the software. I also did not receive an e-mail from them explaining why this has happened. I have also not heard from them when I e-mailed them. I also had a cashout yesterday that has not posted to NETeller and is also not in my Party account. Should I be worried, or is this just some sort of automatic security thing that got triggered?
