Sure I read the forums, not every day, but often enough to get the general gist of what is happening, hear abotu bonuses etc etc.

so I heard about Game time plus and the heads up displays etc etc. I didn't know it was free with poker tracker and to be honest I never really thought it was for me. I was more of a bonus chaser.

Well

Last week I found out GT++ could be downloaded via the PT site. I got around to downloading, installing and setting it up today.

and boy oh bot was I wrong,

Game time is great, I can't believe how I missed all the who har and all the advice, hints, complaints etc

and I can't believe I have been multi tabling without game time plus. I used to load up PT and use the game window in there (when I could be bothered)

So Why am I posting this

I will tell you why

If you were like me and you already had Poker Tracker, but you have not downloaded and used game time plus.

don't be a donk

DOWNLOAD IT AND USE IT

DO IT! IT IS GREAT!

it took me a while to get used to and a while to work out I could move the HUD's.

But after 3 hrs of using it, I love it

go on download it

just download it and try it for free. it makes the $25 you pay for it seem like nothing.

It is much more customizable. That is the most important thing. It also works smoother (you don't have to manually add tables -- PA detects them automatically). IMO Pokerace is MUCH better. It's not close.

It is better for the reasons others have given, but I still keep GT+ on my PC because it supports Paradise.

You have to pay to play poker. PA paid for itself the first session I used it. The mucked hands feature alone is worth the price of admission.

I'll just echo what has already been said... PAHud is well worth the price!

Do any of these overlay displays (or whatever they are called) support PokerStars?

PA HUD shows your opponents mucked cards automatically at the end of a hand. This makes a huge difference to me in developing reads on my opponents, especially when multitabling. That's worth the price by itself. GT didn't used to have this feature. I would have stayed with Ross and GT if he had added this feature, I actually liked his layout a little better plus he had been around helping players with free software for a longer period of time.

Hi Dink, I know Queenslanders are slow, but get with the program!

I'll chime in with everyone else. PokerAce HUD is waaaay better, and well worth the $50.

They use to have a trial version of PokerAce...dont know if they still do...might want to dl it and give it a try...

I only use GT+ at Paradise and the Cryptos...the Cryptos do not let PokerAce show the mucked hands...

FWIW

hhughes,

You spent $50 on it? Man, I must have gotten in on the 50% off deal along with everyone else and spent $25 on it!

On a side note, best $25 bucks I've spent since my latest hooker and some blow.

I thought party was cracking down on the HUD's, I think this was a while back, are they allowing them now?

HUDs that utilize data that you have personally gathered are fine... the use of shared databases are the problem!
