The only hand you're ahead of that a normal player does this with is AQo, and it's very arguable whether a normal player does that. I'd set his range at AA-99, AKs, AK, AQs, AQo. Probably off from that, but who knows. I don't think you see AJ, AT here too often. That said, it is a 5+.50, so he could have some sweet suited connector like 98s.

Fold.

it's kinda close, but i think it's a fold. you'd have to win close to 40% to make it a call on chipEV.

how many players left? how many pay? I assume at 4 hours in you are already in the money. this type of play gets to be so typical late in these tournys, especially these low buyins. you'll see villain in blind pushing 88 etc... If i've already passed the bubble, then i gamble here and hope for a race. You have 67k in chips (11k just went in the pot) and a M (before the hand) of about 8. If you fold you are down to an M of 7, which is still a playable stack, but if we are already ITM, then I will gamble, because i don't want just a playable stack, I want a big stack heading to the final table. ITM, I donk this up with a call.

I believe there were about 70-80 players of 1519 left, if even that many.

Already well into the money (I believe 180 paid).

Correction: about 30 players left, 351 got paid of 1519 (20% paid), I was about 12th in chips

If villain had a smaller stack I'd call, but I don't want to bust out of the tourney by calling an all-in with AQ preflop, even if it is a coinflip. In a 5+.50 with 30 players left, I'd still like my chances to pick a better spot to double up.

I think its a fold. Without a read on villain, and knowing you are far into the money that he isn't just messing about, i think you're in too bad a shape against his probable range.
You've got an m of 7 if you fold, which is still not too desperate. Find out who the agressives and passives are, then make your descision. There will probably be better chances than this to acumulate
