Obviously the play was to quit at hand 440. I'm sorta serious in that you should try and book a few winners - confidence is very helpful.

Looks more like 442 or so to get every dollar out of that day.

I know the feeling, I've looked at my PT stats after a day of playing and looked at a 50 BB loss after ~2000 hands, and just gone "WHAT THE F---"

pokerbob. take all your one day graphs and overlay them. find out where in the day you are usually up and stop playing there. looks like you got tired/impatient after 500 hands.
