PP Bonus Elapsed

I've withdrew and deposited a ton of times with bonuses on pp skins(back before they broke up.) And now it says I'm elapsed ??? I've never gotten this, never on PP.

Hmmmm.

If my bonus is elapsed and I withdrew during the bonus period can I just say good bye to reload bonus?

This happened to my wife today as well. She called them, spoke to a guy who basically said she was SOL, She then spoke to a supervisor, who kindly reissued the bonus.
