Does my play depend on any reads in this situation? Or is this clear cut in any one direction?

This is an easy fold for me.

I thought this was a fold as well, though not so easy for me. My read was that SB was pretty fishy. The hand that gave me the read was when he called a flop bet and a re-raise all-in for 80% of his stack with Q8s on a 278r board. Caught a Q for a better two pair and elimanated two players.

Are you still folding 99 here? Does this read make it an easier fold, or potential to call or push?

I'm folding here too. It's fine to have a read on someone, but that's too general here - you need a real ninja read to know exactly what kind of hand he has here. Flops you'd seen another play don't neccessarily translate into preflop play.
