Old posts question [Archive] - Two Plus Two Older Archives

I should know this by now, but I'm trying to find a post from May. As far as I can tell the new archives only go back to June, and the old archives only go up to 2000. How do I find stuff between those periods?

When you get to the search page in the Recent Archives, set the "Date Range" fields to something like "newer than 12 months and older than 6 months".
