I can't find any mistakes here, so the rating has to be pretty good. An argument could be made for checking the river but I think that

a) you likely have the best hand
b) he would only check the turn holding Ad if he thought that would make you call a river bet
c) there is a chance that you folded Td or 9d
d) he might feel compelled to call with QQ or JJ

I'm 100% certain he has the best hand since his opponent folded. However, his opponent folded the best hand too.

I'll rate his play a 7.5. He should have bet the turn. It ensures the river diamond doesn't come with his opponent either betting or calling a bet while playing the board as well. I'm not worried about getting check-raised when I'm holding top set.

Your opponent played the hand very poorly. Let's see. You
checked the turn perhaps suggesting weakness and now when
there is a flush on the board for one bet in a relatively large pot he folds. Your play would certainly make me at
least suspcious enough that you are playing the board.

From your perspective I would bet the turn. You may have
the best hand or you might get your opponent to fold a better hand, ie. a straight or maybe a small pocket pair with a diamond. If you are checkraised you still have a
redraw. Most players especially props will not checkraise
the turn and lead on the river without a diamond in their
hand.
