Didn't even know the Isle of Capri had started poker there.

Checked out the website and found nada. Called and they have six tables, usually spreading 3/6 Limit and 2/5 NL.

Only 3 tables going tonite they said......but northern Missouri just got hit with the first decent snow of the season and temps are in the single digits. Also, Mizzou should be close to finals week, and some collegiate players might actually be studying instead of hitting the tables.

On a side note, while checking out the website, the page for Biloxi said they will reopen a land based casino this January, and will have a poker room. Haven't heard much about the status of Biloxi casinos for a while.....

i HATE the Isle of Capri. an awful, 3rd rate casino w/ a 3rd rate poker room. the 3/6 game is really loose, if you can put up w/ the terrible, terrible dealers, the rude floor, and the obnoxious 50's and 60's music they play. don't expect to for than one cocktail waitress/hour. i'm 22 and have been asked to show ID once i'm already in the casino (and shown 3 forms of ID to get in) 2 out of the 3 times i was there. rediculous. never received any comps, just a lot of attitude and poor customer service. on a saturday, i asked the floor to make a list of interest for 5/10, the guy laughed at me and said 'do I look busy to you? yeah, thats what i thought' and walked away. go to KC or StL.
