Absolute had a software update today and I'm thinking that might have something to do with it... Playing 15/30, I have QQ on a KQ73 board with no flush possible. HU on the turn and I am last to act. I try to bet and it doesn't work! The window isn't responding. I quickly go to my task manager to try and see if any programs are acting up to kill them and there is nothing. I sit there and cry as I open-fold the 2nd nuts last to act. I emailed them, but absolute support usually sucks.

What are my chances of getting anything back here? I had all-in protection left.

I had several problems with this yesterday their, cost me a few bets that I would have one. It seems as if they had it fixed as of last night though. I don't know about getting the money back I just took it as a loss

I got frozen and open folded too. It was weird because it happened on only one of the tables I was at.

Luckily mine was preflop.

Looks like it's a software problem then... I want my money back or I am closing my account.

If they've got a software problem you should definitely demand the pot value you lost and not just your contribution. You've been screwed big time.

Well, they refunded the money I contributed to the pot, which I suppose is better than nothing.

If your computer freezed, it will not activate the all in protection, you need to turn off the modem or yank out the network cable when it freezes, then you will disconnect and be all in.
