pretty risky flop to try to get a free card. I like calling better I think. Other than that fold the river UI.

You are getting 3-bet on that flop so often. I would just call.

Raising the flop is pretty bad. None of your outs are clean, exactly waht did happen is a disaster for you (you get isolated by SB) and there's little value for a free card anyway even the rare times you get it. It's nice that BB (the PF raiser) just called but the SB betting into him screams strength. He has AA beat here almost every time.
