20k is a lot for a boob job. Average is like 5-7k.

Fake breast not neccessary equal large ones. Few people would suggest the porn star look ( 34c->34dd). On the other hand 34a->34c would get a lot more support. The problem is that most of the fake boobs we know about are the really bad/over the top ones. Some of the famous people ones (ie they were flat early in the career) and then grow a couple size look pretty good. No experience in the feel category though..
