Ok so my question is do I have the pot odds to call here? Hands I would expect villain to show are probibly AA, KK, AK, and some random middle pairs. Do you think he is showing lower pairs enough to make this a call?

Read-dependent. You can do it to a donk, but to a solid player, you're usually in a hell of a lot of trouble here.
