(This post is purely for comical purposes, this is NOT a bad beat post).

As soon as he pushed the flop, I said," Sorry sloppy you ran into a made hand."

And this is how i'm rewarded.

[censored] happens, and then you deal with it.
That said, I try not to talk like this to people, it's bad karma /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Well him and his two friends are probaly going to sign up under me for rakeback, so in the end I think everything works itself out. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

The only good thing about this post is that it seems that you handle variance very well. I consider myself to be very good at not tilting, but a beat like that would at the very least cause me to punch something near me (like a wall, or a desk). And I certainly wouldn't be able to put smiley faces next to it...

First off, you edited your post, but you didn't fix it.

Second off, . this really isn't that funny... except that you called him "sloppy."

Third off, they have a forum (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=beats) for this kind of post.

Fourth off, sorry about the 1 outer.

i seriously have no idea why idiots like you feel a need to make a speech prior to calling with nuts -- just a personality flaw i guess

you are obviously playing poker for reasons other than the money

your opponent in the hand simply ran into a very bad confrontation.. absolutely no need for such nonsense

I have been playing with the guy quite a while, when your in a hand with someone your familiar with @ B&M theres usually a few words exchanged.
Also, theres no need to say "idiots like you."

I've been hit twice in my poker career by hands that were less than .5% to win: Runner Runner 2 to 1 outers for large pots. Those were beats, but they happen. However this wasn't that bad of a beat, he was 4.3% to win and had significant equity in the pot.

Significant was the wrong word, obviously...
