"Don't ya frigging limp on my blinds!" SB had been playing pretty tight. This is a no-brainer for me usually with KTs, but this time I had already made this move against him once, and he folded then. Should I be worried of trapping or steam-calling?

Villain had been very LAG, even for $11 standards. His raise could mean any 2. I think I have folding equity left here, since I had not really played aggressive yet.

I think the first one is good if he's been playing tight. I wouldn't get worried about trapping or steam-calling if you only did this once before. Now, start gradually increasing your standards after this push when he completes.

2nd hand is OK too because of your reads IMO. I do think you have FE, but you would have a lot more FE if he had just a bit more chips. You're ahead of his range by far so even if he calls you should be a favorite vs his hand and maybe even dominating.
