what do you guys think of the river? I was pretty damn sure he was on a flush draw and not the nuts because most people would go crazy with top pair/nut flush draw. Figured I could make an extra bet and if not, I did not want to raise utg off two pair that he'd call on the river.

I think your reasoning is sound. UTG would almost assuredly checkraise the field on an earlier street if he had TP + NFD.

I raise the flop for value. I know you dont want to scare anyone away, but I think a lot of hands will still call two bets. Also raising may knock out any unpaired Kx hand, so you win the whole pot if a jack comes.

You really have to be juicing this pot on the flop. You have 2nd nut flush draw AND 4 outs to the str8. You should be juicing it HU, and here you have 2 customers garunteed, plus maybe a couple more. Also, you have the buttonso raising here may give you a free card. In general, with 2 customoers on the flop and nut flush draw, cap that [censored].
