Yeah. It's called dominategame.com - I don't know why all the haters live in OOT. There are also a few other sites to be found at the bottom of this site (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Risk_%28game%29).

Yes. I think I like it more. Occassionally, somebody will be dealt a really strong hand early. But, usually, the map is very scattered and nobody stakes a dominant position in either Australia or South America too quickly.
