it looks like the villian did some sort of bizarro half stack stop-n-go in the first one, so i would freak out and fold. because i dont really know whats going on there.

the second one looks like a sure call. he could be doing this with any mid pocket pair, as well as any overcards with a heart (as well, of course, with hands that are beating you like a set or a flush). but considering the odds you're being offered, this is an easy call.

Yes, villan's play in the first hand was weird. Very weird.
