Call ok? or would you push?

Lead this flop or check it?
If you lead it - for how much and what is your plan if you are called or pushed on?

Last time I checked, if the blinds are 50/100 you can't possibly raise by 150 to 150. I assume you mean by 150 to 250? If so, I push PF.

<8 BB = push preflop.

since you're at the flop now, push at the flop (which happily isn't that scary)

You have to re-raise pre-flop. Any raise pot commits you, so you must go all-in. You can't allow an overcard a free chance to bust you. And don't even think of folding JJ regardless of the flop.

Once you just called, on the flop you're looking to maximize your gain. This was an excellent flop, and your opponent most likely only has 3 or 6 outs. I think I would be half the pot, hoping he raises me all-in, and then beat him in the pot. Check-raising would be OK, better even, if you have reason to believe your opponent would auto-bet this. Baring that, I like a smallish bet at the pot, to goad him into coming over the top.
