I just busted my signup bonus playing pontoon. Can I just quit now and withdraw my intial deposit without consequence? Will I be able to get the monthly bonuses in the future? Would I have to finish clearing the signup requirements before I could do the monthlies?

You can withdraw now if you want, but they just might ban you from future bonuses (they are known to do this).
