SNG 5-max turbo - a great moneymaker at low limits

At first I thought it was probably just luck.

But then I just kept on winning and winning and winning.

I am talking about shorthanded turbo (3 min rounds) SNGs.

I think that at low limits ($5-$10 buyins - which is all I have done thus far) these are tremendously profitable for a decent beginner because it exploits the passive, predictable tendencies of low-limit online players.

I imagine that as you move up in limits, these SNGs become less and less profitable - but at low limits, they seem to be a gold mine.

3-min rounds? This is a huge advantage to aggro LAGs and will get any type of passive player killed. I might ned to look into them for kicks /images/graemlins/smile.gif

The point is that I think it punishes passive players more than it favors loose players - thus if you are a TAG who is able to loosen up to fit the game, it is a tremendous advantage.

Again - not something to be done at higher limits against more aggressive and skilled opponents - but at lower limits, I think you can really make a killing.
