Both look like easy pushes to me.

I fold the first. Even though you are in the money and may have a tendency to loosen up I think there are too many folks to get through and with your stack you may very well get an A * call and you are behind going in.

2nd hand I pooosh. 2 folds..it may look like a steal but i kinda like K-Q here. cactus may call with almost any 2 but a win and you are lookin at maybe a 2nd or 3rd not a 4th or 5th anymore.
