I vaguely recall getting an e-mail from Interpoker saying I had qualified for the Doyle Brunson's book and a cap which was supposed to be mailed to me in November... anyone else never receive that?

I received the hat today (in Canada), didn't qualify for SS2
I must say it is the most beautiful hat in the world!
