Two hands (in different tournaments) in question. I think I made the correct play in both situations, but I am curious what the majority thinks. I'd appreciate any feedback.
1st situation
Just starting 2nd half of tourny...I am roughly 60/80...I have AQs 4 off button. I make it 4x the BB and am called by one guy (I'd seen him make a few loose calls, but don't really kjnow him too well). The flop comes Q66 so I naturally go all in....the guy turns over KK. I chalk that up as a good play by both players, and poor circumstances for myself. Opinions please....
2nd
similar place as last, on button with AKs...I make it 5x, which is half my stack (probably should have gone all in)...1st position limper raiseds me all in...he turns over AA. Again...not much I could do, right?
