I know this is a long shot, but does anyone here know of any games in the Blacksburg/Roanoke area that could use another person?

Been playing mostly online and occasionally with friends, but would love to get in a regular live game.

I may have an answer for you. I host a weekly game on Wednesday nights in Blacksburg and we could always use another regular. We run from 8PM to around 1AM. Maybe you can tell me a bit more about what you're looking for in terms of limits, games etc. I'll get back to you and give you more details about us if I hear back from you.
